This are some an interesting option I didn't had any idea until today.
It is sort of new copyright system, much flexible. It allows a step from "all rights reserved" of traditional copyright to create a voluntary "some rights reserved" copyright.

Oh yes! Creative Commons is great... as is the Free Software Foundation (FSF) and Open Source/Libre software. Electonic Frontier Foundation (eff.org) is the technology world equivalent of the ACLU. Also a good place to check out.
