My poor, poor city

nocturnus33Talca was a traditional colonial city. Most homes were made of adobe and were older than a century. This photo was taken by my daughter. It's was a really beautiful house in my neighborhood. I always admired it's detail and the flowery garden.
The difference with Haiti, it's that Chile has a working State. A democratic, not corrupt and organize State. This is THE most powerful disaster of our history. We can help our self but it's not enough, we really need external help.
