To be or not to be?

My niece told me that POA DVD is at the chilean black market. I never buy those products, but I don`t want to wait till July 15 the release day that bloody WB decided to settled for us poor chileans.
I think I will go tomorrow to "EL Persa", the most amazing "flea market" ever, you could find everything there, from lovely antiques furniture to POA DVD.
My ethics finish when I finds a transnational empire (Mac Donalds, coke, Telefonica, Pharmaia, etc). They opress us third world, I could cheat on them. Easy. Robin Hood logic.

Date: 2004-06-13 05:40 pm (UTC)Ahoy! (excuse me while I get my eye patch and adjust my pirate gear. Yo ho ho and a bottle of rum and all that rot. . . ) I think you should go for it. If I had the opportunity to get my hands on POA a month in advance I would have done it in a heartbeat. It's not going to cheapen the movie for you when you see it in the theater (which you will do anyway just to see the sights and hear the sounds on the big screen), plus you will have something to hang on to until it is released on VHS or DVD in a year and can upgrade to a decent copy. Unfortunately we have no such opportunities to easily obtain black market goods in the States. Such a pity. I wholeheartedly share your view on transnational empires, and hey, you're helping out the little guy selling the stuff at the flea market. Just don't get caught with the darned thing.
Thanks for your post and review on Polylove. Yeah, I am having fun writing it, and will continue to the best of my ability to do so.
I really like your suggestion of writing him in a fic where he is diagnosed with Aspergers. I will have to develop the idea further before I write anything though. Perhaps Polylove will be as good a place as any, especially if I focus on his time in treatment. Hmmm. I'd be honored to have you beta for emotional impact and story quality. I trust your judgment.
Well, I'm off. I hope your trip to the flea market ends up well with lots of pirated booty.
Now where did I put my grog?
